Agent credits

Agent credits in Company settings lists every member's credit balance, so you can see who is running low, check what each person spent this month and top up. It appears for Prime Office, Business Office and AI Office Pro companies. Company owners and admins see the member list.

What you'll see​

  • Members — everyone in the company with their role and balance. Members running low on credits come first, then everyone else by name.
  • Select a member to open their details:
    • Balance — the credits they have left.
    • Used this month — the credits they've spent this month.
    • Their credit transactions. Select Load more to see more.

Use Search… to find a member by name.

How to buy agent credits​

  1. Open Company settings › Agent credits.
  2. Select Buy agent credits.
  3. On AI Office Pro, choose how many credits to buy and who receives them, then pay. Credits are added instantly.

On Prime Office and Business Office, Buy agent credits opens the Pro upgrade, where each Pro seat comes with 10,000 agent credits every month. See Subscription.
