Company dashboards

Company dashboards is where you run AI dashboards for the whole company: who runs them, which levels have them, and the connectors and keys every room can use. It has four sub-pages — Company connectors, Keys, Room defaults and Activity — listed under Company dashboards in the menu while you are in the section.

Company owners, admins and dashboard admins open Company dashboards. Owners and admins appoint dashboard admins; dashboard admins also publish company connectors, add company keys and set the connector rules.

How to open Company dashboards

  1. Open Company settings.
  2. Under Workplace, select Company dashboards.

How to add a dashboard admin

  1. Under Dashboard admins, select Add a dashboard admin.
  2. Pick a person.

Owners and admins appear as fixed chips marked Owner or Admin. To remove an appointed dashboard admin, select × on their chip.

Company dashboards

Select Open company dashboards to go to the company's own dashboards. They are made in the company knowledge base room and published to everyone, or to the departments and rooms you choose.

Dashboards at every level

Turn each level on or off:

LevelMade by
CompanyDashboard admins, in the company knowledge base room.
DepartmentsEach department's heads and dashboard admins, in its room. Choose All departments or Chosen ones.
WorkspacesWorkspace owners, for the workspaces switched on. Choose All workspaces or Chosen ones.
RoomsRoom owners and editors.

Turning a level off hides its dashboards and stops new ones, and its connectors pause. Everything is kept, ready for when you turn it back on.

Connector rules

The connector rules sit on the main Company dashboards page.

SettingChoices
Create connectors (under Who creates connectors)Room owners and editors, Room owners or Dashboard admins. Connectors are always created by people with a paid company seat (owner, admin or creator) and agent credits.
Connectors may call (under Which APIs)Any API, Listed apps only, Only these (add each host with Add an API host) or Company connectors only.
Room API keysOn, a room may add one API key or sign-in that everyone in it uses. Off, rooms use company keys or each person's own sign-in.
Share personal data with a roomOn, a connector's owner may turn their own data into a room table everyone there sees, after a confirm that names them.

Apps you can connect

Apps you can connect lists every app that gives the agent ready connectors to build dashboards from. One-click apps sign in on the app's own page; the others need a key once. See App integrations.

Select Manage connectors to switch apps on or off for the whole company and set up one-click sign-in through your company's own app. Select Done when finished.

Company connectors

Connectors your dashboard admins built with the agent and published. Rooms use published connectors in one step, the agent always looks here first, and rooms stay linked: every tested new version reaches them, so one fix here fixes every room.

  1. Under Connectors and keys, select Company connectors (or select it in the menu).
  2. Select New with the agent to build one. The agent opens with the request started.
  3. Select a connector to set it up:
    • How rooms sign in — Company key (admins add it once; rooms never see it), Each room signs in (each room brings its own key) or As each viewer (Qik data and OAuth APIs; everyone sees only their own data).
    • What rooms may change — lock or free Sign-in and hosts, Base rule and Field meanings. Rooms always choose extra filters, fields, and live or synced data.
    • Who can use it — Whole company, Departments… or Rooms….
  4. Select Publish to the company, or choose an audience under Who can use it.

Each connector also offers Open in studio, Versions and Used by. Unpublish removes it from rooms; rooms that use it keep their last good data and are told to pick another source.

Suggested by rooms lists connectors rooms have proposed. Open one and select Accept as is, Ask the agent to generalise it or Decline. You see its recipe, tests and usage, never its key.

Keys

Keys lists the company, department, room and personal keys your connectors use. Keys are stored encrypted, and nobody — the agent included — can read them back.

  • Select Replace to paste a new key. It is checked, then stored, and the old one is removed.
  • Select the bin to remove a key. Connectors that use it wait until someone signs in again.
  • A personal key is changed only by the person who added it.

Keys are added from guided sign-in cards, never in chat.

Room defaults

What rooms start from. Rooms may only narrow these.

Plan & usage

When your plan has limits, a Plan & usage card shows them with what you have used so far, and owners and admins see Upgrade. See Plans.
