AI dashboards
AI dashboards turn your numbers into live charts inside your agentic rooms. Describe what you want to see — "weekly revenue from Stripe next to open deals in HubSpot", "this sprint's tasks by person" — and the room agent connects the data, builds the charts and lays out the page. You review the draft, edit it in the dashboard editor, and keep it.
What a dashboard can show
- Qik data — tasks, sprints, meetings and action items, schedules, time tracked, workload and rooms, with one click.
- Tables and forms from your rooms.
- Files — the agent turns a CSV or Excel file into a table.
- Apps — 44 ready connectors for apps such as Stripe, HubSpot, Jira, Shopify, Google Analytics and QuickBooks. See App integrations.
- Any API — name it or paste its docs link, and the agent builds the connector.
Where dashboards live
Open Dashboards from a room's apps. Dashboards can live at four levels, each switched on or off in Company settings › Company dashboards:

Whose data, and who can open it
Each dashboard says whose data it shows and who may open it. Set both in the dashboard's Share dialog, under Who sees this & whose data.

AI dashboards are built by the room agent, so they need the agent switched on for your company. Building with the agent uses agent credits.
