Workspace intelligence
Workspace intelligence summarises everything that happened across a workspace and its rooms in a date range, and answers your follow-up questions. Workspace owners and admins can use it.
How to open workspace intelligence
- Go to the workspace.
- Select Intelligence on the workspace (on desktop, the sparkles icon on the workspace header, Workspace intelligence).
- On mobile, open the workspace's options menu and select Workspace intelligence under Intelligence.
The Business intelligence window opens for the whole workspace.
How to generate a summary
- Select the date range button (it shows the current range, 30 days by default).
- In Select date range, pick a preset — 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, Past 2 months, Past 3 months, Current month, Last month — or Custom, then choose Select from date and Select to date and select Apply Custom Range.
- Select Generate summary.
The summary is written in five sections: Executive Summary, Key Outcomes, Priorities, Risks & Blockers and Next Steps.
note
A date range can cover up to 6 months (180 days). Generating the same summary again for the same range returns the saved summary at no extra credit cost.
How to narrow the scope
- One room — use the room selector on the left of the title bar to focus on a single room. The window then shows Room Intelligence.
- One kind of data — use the filter button (All) to choose Notes, Tasks, Meetings or Files.
How to ask a question
- Type in the box that says Ask anything about this workspace....
- Send the message. The answer appears in the conversation, and you can keep asking follow-ups.
- Use the visibility toggle to keep the conversation Visible only to you or make it Visible to other workspace owners.
What you can do with an answer
- Copy or Share the answer.
- Read aloud to listen to it.
- Forward it to one or more rooms.
- Notes saves it as a note in a room, or as a Private Note under Personal.
- Make it visible to all owners or Make it visible only to you.
- Delete message removes both the question and the answer.
tip
Saving key answers as notes keeps insights in the room's knowledge, ready for the next review or retrospective.
