Room intelligence

Room intelligence is business intelligence focused on one agentic room. Room owners open it from the room, and it works just like Workspace intelligence: pick a date range, generate a summary, and ask questions.

How to open room intelligence​

  1. Open the room.
  2. Open the room's apps and select Intelligence.
  3. The Room Intelligence window opens for that room. Pick a date range and select Generate summary, or type a question.

How to ask about a room's meetings​

  1. Open the room's meetings or AI minutes.
  2. Select the sparkles button, Business Intelligence, in the app bar.
  3. The window opens with the filter locked to meetings (Filter locked to Meetings). Generate a summary or ask a question about the room's meetings.

How to chat with a file​

  1. In a meeting's files, select the file's intelligence badge (Chat with Business Intelligence on this file).
  2. If the file has not been read yet, select Extract. The panel shows Extracting Text... and then Ready to Chat!.
  3. Type in Ask about this file..., or choose one of the suggested questions.

File extraction uses AI tokens. Files that cannot be read show File not extractable.
