@Business intelligence in chat

Mention Business intelligence in a room's chat to ask a question about the room's work and get the answer in the conversation. It reads the room's tasks, notes, meetings and AI minutes for the date range you pick, and remembers the conversation so you can ask follow-ups. Room owners and hosts see it in the mention list; the answer draws on workspace data, so it is meant for workspace owners and admins.

How to ask @Business intelligence

  1. Open the room's chat.
  2. Type @ and select Business intelligence (Ask AI about room analytics).
  3. Select the Date Range button and pick a range (30 days by default; the room remembers your choice).
  4. Type your question in Ask a question... and send it.

The answer is posted in the chat from Business Intelligence.

tip

Choose who sees the exchange: messages can be Visible only to you or Visible to all in the room.
