BI credits
Business intelligence summaries and questions use Agent BI credits from your agent credit allowance. The cost varies with how much room data the agent reads: 1 credit for every 5,000 tokens processed, rounded up. A summary you have already generated for the same scope and range is returned at no cost.
How to check your credits
- In the business intelligence window, or in a chat with @Business intelligence, look at the Agent credits chip.
- Hover over it to see how many credits are available, and select it for details.
- Your credit history lists each query as Agent BI credits.
When credits run out
Generate summary and Send are disabled and show No credits remaining. Credits reload monthly; ask your company administrator if you need more before then.
