Company account

Company account shows your company's plan, your role and when the company was created, and is where the owner can delete the company. It sits under More in Company settings, beside Convert to Business Office (Free) for small Prime offices.

Who can use it​

The company owner, on Prime, Business and Pro plans.

How to convert to a Business Office​

A Prime office with three or fewer people can move to the Business plan for free.

  1. Open Company settings › Convert to Business Office (Free) (under More).
  2. On Upgrade to Business, invite 2 employees. Your office gets 2,000 agent credits a month, and each member gets 1,000.

How to delete the company​

  1. Open Company settings › Company account.
  2. Under Danger zone, select Delete company.
  3. Read the notice and select Continue.
  4. Type the company name exactly as shown and select Delete company.

The company is removed for everyone straight away, and you get an email with a link to restore it. You can restore it within 7 days; after that it is permanently deleted.
