Company goals

Company goals gives your company one common goal and lets you give each person a goal of their own. Every agent works toward the person's own goal when they have one, and the common goal when they don't. Goals are drafted with AI from what you describe, so every goal reads as a clear, standing objective.

Company owners, admins and goal admins can set the common goal and any employee's goal. A reporting head can set goals for their reportees.

Pro feature

Company goals is available on AI Office Pro and company plans.

How to set the common goal

  1. Open Company settings › Company goals (or select Manage next to Company goals in the company dropdown).
  2. Select Set common goal (or Edit common goal).
  3. Describe the goal in your own words, for example we need to 2x revenue every quarter.
  4. Select Draft with AI. The agent turns it into the goal line. Select Edit to reword it and draft again.
  5. Select Set goal (or Save goal).

How to set a goal for people

  1. In Company goals, under Employee goals, select Add goal — or Set goal next to one person.
  2. Describe the goal and select Draft with AI.
  3. Under Who this goal is for, pick at least one person.
  4. Select Set goal.

A person without their own goal shows the common goal in grey — that is the goal they carry. To take a person's goal away, open it and select Remove goal.

  2. Add or remove people. Company admins are always included.
  3. Select Done.
