AI Office Management

AI Office Management is the dashboard of every workspace in your company. Each workspace appears as a card with its owner, its rooms and its users, and you can create workspaces, change owners, merge workspaces and set access for all of a workspace's rooms at once. Company owners and admins use it from Company settings.

Who can use it​

Company owners and admins. It sits under Offices in the Company settings menu.

What's on the dashboard​

  • Workspaces, Employees and Active Rooms — counts across the company.
  • AI Office Creator — select it to set up workspaces and agentic rooms with AI. See AI Office Creator.
  • Workspace cards — each shows the owner's avatar, the workspace name and type, its number of rooms and users, and the team's avatars. A Department tag marks a department's workspace; select it to open it in Departments. Shared counts people who are in a room in the workspace without being a member of the workspace.
  • Search workspaces... and Filter — find a workspace by name, or filter by the people in it.

How to create a workspace​

  1. Open Company settings › AI Office Management.
  2. On the first card, type a name in New workspace name....
  3. Select Create workspace.
  4. Pick the owner and team members, then create it.

How to manage a workspace​

Select ⋯ on a workspace card:

  • Change owner — hand the workspace to another person.
  • Users — see and manage who is in it.
  • Rooms — see every room in it.
  • Merge workspace into … — move its rooms into another workspace.

Under Access and Files, set rules for every room in the workspace:

Who can joinCompany only limits the rooms to company users. Anyone opens them to people outside the company too.
Uploads & downloadsAllowed lets each room decide. Off stops uploads, downloads, exports and forwarding in every room.

A lock on a card shows that its rooms are private or limited to company users.
