Whitelabel

Whitelabel runs Qik Office under your own brand: your logo on the splash, sign-in and header, your brand name and color, your support contact, and your own custom domain with HTTPS. Company owners and admins set it up.

Pro feature

Whitelabeling is available on AI Office Pro and company plans. Once whitelabeling is turned on for your company, Whitelabel appears in Company settings.

How to set your brand​

  1. Open Company settings › Whitelabel.
  2. Under Logo, select Upload logo (PNG, SVG or JPG).
  3. Under Dark logo, select Upload dark logo for the dark theme. If you leave it empty, the logo above is used.
  4. Under Brand, fill in Name, Color, Support (email) and Website.
  5. Select Save settings.

How to use your own domain​

  1. Under Custom domain, enter a Domain, for example office.yourcompany.com.
  2. Add the DNS record shown at your DNS provider:
    • Type: CNAME
    • Host: your domain
    • Value: the target shown
  3. Select Check DNS. When the record is found, the domain shows Verified.
  4. An HTTPS certificate is issued automatically. This can take up to a minute; the status changes to Secured.
  5. Select Save settings.

How to restrict sign-ins to your members​

  1. Under Sign-in access, turn on Restrict sign-ins to members.
  2. Select Save settings.

Only members of your company, and people with your verified email domain, can then sign in on your whitelabel domain. This is off by default.
