Company global agents
Agents sets which agent each person in your company gets. Owners, admins and creators each have a global agent, and its role decides how it works: AI Assistant, AI Project Manager, AI Executive or AI Sales Manager — the same roles you choose for a room's agent. You set one default for owners and admins, one for creators, and a different role for any one person.
Company owners and admins open Agents in Company settings.
The roles
| Role | What it does |
|---|---|
| AI Executive | Priorities, summaries, what matters next. |
| AI Project Manager | Plans projects and tracks the work. |
| AI Assistant | Meetings, tasks, notes, follow-ups. |
| AI Sales Manager | The pipeline. Needs a Sales seat. |
AI Sales Manager is offered when the Sales app is on for your company, and for a person only when they hold a Sales seat. Until you pick a default, every global agent is an AI Assistant.
How to set the defaults
- Open Company settings.
- Under AI & Agents, select Agents.
- Under Default for owners and admins, select a role card. This is the company agent, which builds company-level things.
- Under Default for creators, select a role card. A creator's agent always works in Manual mode.
The default saves as soon as you select it.
How to give one person a different role
- Find the person under Owners and admins or Creators.
- Select the role chip beside their name. A chip marked default follows the default for their group.
- Choose a role.
To return someone to their group's default, select their chip and choose Use the default.
