Plans and limits
Chat apps are available on every plan. Prime Office and Business Office include chat apps to explore with, AI Office Pro removes the limits, and Enterprise companies turn them on with Qik.

When a room or the company reaches its limit, the gallery shows Upgrade. Qik can also set custom limits for your company — ask your account manager.
What uses credits
- Connecting an app is done by the room agent, so the agent's run uses agent credits, like any other agent command.
- Everything after that is free. Posting events, editing events and messages, matching people, sending tests, disconnecting and connecting again use no credits and need no agent.
What needs the agent
Chat apps are built by the room agent, so connecting a new app needs the agent switched on for your company. Editing an app that is already connected needs no agent.
