Teams meetings, ready for conversational intelligence
A Microsoft 365 week runs on Teams calls. The sync brings each one in with the details the AI project manager needs to join it.
- 01
The Teams link comes along
An Outlook event’s online-meeting join link is read on the way in, and Meet, Zoom or Teams addresses in the location are recognised too.
- 02
A bot takes the seat
Move the meeting into a room and a recording bot is scheduled for its start time, so the call is captured without anyone pressing record.
- 03
Minutes land with the right people
The recording is filed in the room you chose, where it becomes a transcript and structured minutes for everyone the meeting was moved in with.
Built on your Microsoft 365 mailbox
The connection reads the calendars behind your Outlook mailbox and keeps listening for changes.
Work or personal accounts
Sign in with a Microsoft 365 work account or an Outlook account, then choose which of its calendars to import.
Teams links recognised
Online meetings keep their Teams join link, ready for a recording bot when the meeting moves into a room.
Live change notifications
Microsoft tells Qik when an event is created, updated or deleted, and your schedule follows within moments.
Recurring patterns mapped
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly Outlook series come across as repeating schedules in Qik.
Attendees carried over
The email addresses on the invite come with the event, so moving it into a room starts from the right guest list.
Governed by your company
An administrator decides whether members can connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendars. Accounts already connected keep working until their owners remove them.
What the sync reads from each Outlook event
Three small pieces of the integration, each one interactive.

Bot meeting
A recording bot can join once it moves into a room.
Link detection
Teams, Zoom and Meet links mark a meeting a bot can join.

Bring the meeting in, and decide who does what
Moving an Outlook meeting into a room is a short, two-step pick: the room first, then the people and their roles.
Choose the room
Search your rooms and pick the one the meeting belongs to. Only rooms where you are an owner or host are open to you.
Give each person a role
Pick the room members who take part, and add attendees from the invite as an editor, a user or a guest.
A bot is booked for the call
When the meeting carries a Teams, Zoom or Meet link, a recording bot is scheduled the moment it lands in the room.
One bot per room at a time
If the room’s bot is already booked for that slot, Qik tells you when it is free, so each recording has the bot to itself.

From the Outlook invite to the room’s follow-up
Outlook stays where meetings are booked. The agentic room is where they produce outputs.
The invite syncs
A Teams meeting on your work calendar appears on your Qik schedule.
It moves into a room
You pick the room and give each attendee a role.
The call is transcribed
A recording bot joins the Teams call and its transcript is filed in the room.
Actions get owners
The minutes’ action items become tasks for the people in the room.
Who runs on Outlook Calendar
Teams calls with a written record
Weekly Teams meetings booked in Outlook move into the project’s room and leave minutes and owned tasks behind.
Customer calls in the customer’s room
A client’s Teams invite becomes a meeting in their room, with the client’s people added as guests.
Leadership syncs on the record
Recurring leadership meetings from Microsoft 365 are captured every week in one room, ready for business intelligence.
Outlook Calendar, answered
Yes. Sign in with a Microsoft 365 work account or an Outlook account that has a mailbox, then pick the calendars to import.
Qik subscribes to change notifications from Microsoft, so new, edited and deleted events update your schedule as they happen.
Yes. When a synced meeting with a Teams link is moved into a room, a recording bot is scheduled to join it. Zoom and Google Meet links work the same way.
Each meeting appears once. Invitations sent by Qik are recognised when they come back from Outlook and are left out of the sync.
Syncing is free. Recording, transcription and AI minutes use meeting credits from your agent credit allowance.
