Gmail is coming to every agentic room

Continue with Google, choose the people or the client domain a room works with, and the matching threads from your own Gmail appear inside that room. The mail stays in Gmail; the room reads it live, past threads included.

Connecting Gmail…

AI project manager

Gmail threads the AI project manager can work on

Once a thread shows up in the room, the agent is one command away from it.

  1. 01

The thread travels with the command

Open a Gmail thread in the room and hand it to the AI project manager; the email is attached to the command, so the agent starts from the whole message.

  2. 02

    Replies drafted in place

Reply to this thread, Draft from subject, Make it professional, Trim and simplify, Add more detail, Improve clarity and tone — one tap each in the compose window.

  3. 03

    Mail becomes room work

Ask the agent for tasks from what the client asked, or for the meeting the email proposes, and the work lands in the same room.

Capabilities

Your Gmail, narrowed to the room

Connecting Gmail adds a mailbox to your Qik account. Each room then decides which slice of it belongs there.

Continue with Google

Sign in through Google’s own consent screen. Qik Office reads, organises and sends mail for the account you approve.

Several accounts

Connect a work and a personal Gmail, switch between them in one tap, and pick the From address when you write.

Track a whole domain

Type @client.com and every address at that company is followed, alongside room members, invitees, contacts and recent correspondents.

Precise Gmail search

The room filter runs as a Gmail search on from, to and cc, so the room shows exactly the threads that involve its addresses.

Both ways or received

Follow an address in both directions or only mail it sends you, and switch the room view between All, Inbox and Sent.

New mail arrives live

Gmail tells Qik when a message lands, so the new thread appears at the top of your inbox without a refresh.

Forward to room

Pick a chip to hand the draft to the agent.

A thread in the room

Open it in Gmail, forward it, or hand the reply to the agent.

Track a client domain

One entry brings a whole client into the room

The room owner adds @client.com once. From then on, each person in the room sees the client’s threads from their own Gmail.

  • Past threads come too

Tracking an address reaches back through the mailbox, so the history with the client is there on day one.

  • Room or only you

Share the address with the room, or keep it to yourself while the rest of the room carries on.

  • Each person, their own mail

Members see the client’s mail they are on, read from their own Gmail. Guests see mail forwarded to the room after they joined.

  • Open it in Gmail

Every thread has a button that opens the same conversation in Gmail.

Everyone in the room who is on Acme’s emails sees them here, each from their own Gmail.

Flow through the room

From a Gmail thread to finished room work

Gmail keeps the conversation. The agentic room turns it into outputs.

Agencies

Each client’s mail in the client’s room

Track every client domain in its own room, so account teams read the brief beside the board it feeds.

Freelancers

Work Gmail and personal Gmail, kept apart

Connect both accounts and let each room filter the one that matters to it.

Sales

Deal threads beside the deal

Track a prospect’s domain in the deal room and draft follow-ups with the agent from the latest thread.

Gmail, answered

Gmail is coming soon alongside the room’s Mail app. The connection described here is the one being prepared for release.

Your mailbox stays in Gmail. A room reads the threads that match its tracked addresses live; only emails someone forwards to a room are kept in that room.

Yes. Connect several accounts, switch between them from the mailbox, and choose which one sends each email.

The room owner keeps the list of tracked addresses and domains. Each address can be shared with the room or kept to the owner, and followed both ways or received only.

Of course. Every thread opens in Gmail with one tap, and mail you send or receive there shows up in the room as it matches the tracked addresses.
