Task details
Select any task to open its details panel. It holds everything about the task in one place — the description, assignee, dates, status, time, subtasks, files, the milestone or sprint it belongs to, and its approval — with actions along the bottom. The header shows the task's # number, a sync mark if it is synced, and a lock if it is locked.
How to open task details
- Open the room's Tasks, or a milestone or sprint board.
- Select the task. The details panel opens beside the list.
What you can do in task details
- Description — write what the task is about. Shows No description until you add one.
- Assignee, dates and status — change who owns it, its due date (select + End to add an end date) and its status. Overdue tasks are flagged.
- Time — where TimeTrack is on, log or start time on the task. See Project TimeTrack.
- Add — attach a Note or Page, add a subtask with Task, or Upload a file.
- Run with agent — for a task assigned to the agent. See Run a task with the agent.
- Subtasks — the task's smaller tasks, each with its own status.
- Files — files attached to the task. Select Add to attach more. Removing a file asks whether to Also delete file permanently.
- Milestone or sprint — where the task sits, or Backlog. Use Move to sprint (or milestone), Backlog, Forward and Sync.
- Approval — select Request approval; the task shows Pending approval until the approver decides.
- Lock / Unlock, Schedule a meeting, or Delete the task from the footer.
How to add a subtask

- Select Task in the add row.
- Type the subtask and add it. It appears under Subtasks.
