Tasks from meetings

When a meeting is recorded in a room, the AI minutes capture its action items and the people named for them. Those action items become tasks in the room — each with an owner and a due date — kept in a list for the meeting they came from. In a project room, the AI project manager also proposes changes to the plan from the same minutes.

How meeting tasks arrive

  1. Hold and record the meeting in the room.
  2. The AI minutes list the action items, each tied to the person named.
  3. The tasks appear in the room's Tasks in a list named for the meeting, assigned to their owners.

From a list's options (⋯) you can select View minutes to go back to the meeting the tasks came from. In the minutes, use Convert to to-do on a highlight, decision or risk to make it a task.

How to hide meeting lists

  1. In the room's Tasks, select Filters › Filter by date.
  2. Under LISTS, turn on Hide Meeting Lists.

Plan changes in project rooms

In a project room, the minutes also carry suggested changes to the plan: tasks to add to the current milestone or sprint, statuses to change, due dates, tasks to mark complete, and a new milestone or sprint drafted on an editable card. Apply or reject each one; nothing changes until someone applies it. See Project rooms.

note

Recording a meeting and writing its minutes use agent credits. Working the resulting tasks does not.
