View past meetings

Past meetings stay listed, so you can go back to what was discussed. Anyone who can see a room's schedule can see its past meetings.

How to view past meetings across your rooms​

  1. In the side panel, open your schedules.
  2. Select the Past tab, which is headed Past Meetings.
  3. Use Search schedules… to find a meeting by name.

How to view past meetings in a room​

  1. Open the room and select Schedules.
  2. Select the Past tab.

To read the minutes or replay the recording of a past meeting, open the room's Meetings app. See Meetings.
