How to create your AI office?

  1. AI Office Creator can be accessed in two ways:

    • From the company dropdown menu.
    • Click “New” available next to the “Office sorkspaces” button in the dashboard.

  2. Qik AI will list suggestions and quick prompts. Select from them, or use the provided space to describe your office structure.

  3. Click "Generate" and watch as the AI Office Creator automatically generates a fully structured layout of workspaces and rooms.

  4. Review the generated list, select the workspaces you want to include in your office, and assign users to them from the company users List.

  5. Select AI Rooms and assign relevant users to each room based on their roles and responsibilities.

  6. Once the workspaces and AI rooms are assigned, click “Create Office.”

  7. Your Workspaces and AI Rooms are now successfully created and ready for collaboration.
