The Office tab
The Office tab is home in Qik Office. It shows your office as a tree: each workspace you belong to, with its agentic rooms and project rooms underneath. Select a room to open it. Everyone has the Office tab; what you can create from it depends on your company role.
Find your way around
- Side rail (desktop) or tab bar (mobile) — Office is first, followed by apps such as Chats, Notes, Tasks, Boards, Meetings and Files. Select ⋯ under the rail to choose which apps appear.
- Search office — find a workspace or room by name.
- Workspace cards — each shows the workspace name, its member count and its rooms. Select the card to show or hide its rooms.
- Department workspaces — show a department icon. Select the icon to open the department. See Departments.
- Shared workspaces — workspaces where you are in a room but not a workspace member.
- Company announcements — the megaphone at the top, when your company has announcements turned on.
