Agentic rooms

What makes a room agentic?+
Every room has an AI project manager deployed in it, working beside the room's users with access to the room's apps and history. It plans, executes and generates outputs inside the room's context, alongside the people in it.
Who can do what in a room?+
The owner controls the room and its settings, editors manage it, users work in it and guests join from outside with limited access. Your company decides whether only owners, or owners and editors, can add people.
Who can admit guests to a meeting?+
Room owners admit guests to scheduled meetings and manage who is in the room.
Who can mute or unmute people in a meeting?+
Room owners can ask participants to mute or unmute their audio and video during a meeting.
Can the agent act without my approval?+
Only in auto mode. In manual mode the agent proposes each command and waits for your approval before acting.
What is a one-on-one room?+
A dedicated, private room between two people. Chat, share files and notes, plan tasks and schedule meetings there, all in one place.
Can one-on-one meetings be recorded?+
Yes. One-on-one meetings can be recorded, transcribed and turned into AI minutes like any other room meeting.
What is an in-person room?+
A room set to in-person mode records the meeting on one device in the room — a phone, tablet or laptop — then transcribes it and writes AI minutes with action items assigned as tasks.
Can an online room switch to in-person?+
Yes. A room owner switches the room's meeting mode between Online and In-Person in the room settings.
Do in-person meetings create tasks?+
Yes. Action items from the AI minutes become tasks assigned to the people in the room.
How does a room use agent credits?+
Each room uses survival credits — 2 per room user per month — to keep its agent active. Agent commands, recorded meetings, business intelligence, storage and other AI generations use credits as they happen. Chats, tasks, notes and unrecorded meetings are free.
