Agent credits

What are agent credits?+
Agent credits pay for agentic work inside agentic rooms — the AI project manager running commands, recording and minuting meetings, business intelligence, room storage and other AI generations. All credits reload monthly.
What is always free?+
Manual sprints, project management, tasks, chats, notes and meetings that are not recorded use zero credits.
What are the credit types?+
Survival credits (2 per room user per month to keep the agent active), Command credits (when the agent executes work), Meeting credits (recording, transcription and AI minutes), BI credits (business intelligence queries), Storage credits (20 credits per 20 MB of agentic room storage) and AI credits (all other AI generations).
How many credits does each plan include?+
Prime Office includes 1,000 credits a month plus 1,000 for every new company member. Business Office gives the owner 2,000 a month plus 1,000 for every new member, with unlimited employees at 0 credits. AI Office Pro gives each member 10,000 paid credits a month. Enterprise is custom for deployed solutions.
Can credits be shared between members?+
On AI Office Pro, paid credits can be exchanged between paid members of the same office, as long as each member keeps at least 5,000 paid credits.
Do calendar and file integrations use credits?+
Syncing calendars and linking files is free. Recording, transcribing and minuting a synced meeting uses meeting credits, the same as any recorded meeting.
