Which way does calendar sync run?+

Google Calendar and Outlook sync one way, into your Qik schedule, and stay current as events change. Zoho Calendar events are refreshed on demand, and rescheduling a Zoho event in a room writes the new time back to Zoho.

Do my calendar events appear in my team's rooms automatically?+

They appear on your own schedule first. An event joins a room when you add it to one, create an agentic room for it, or attach it to your private room.

Does attaching a Google Drive or OneDrive file copy it into Qik Office?+

The room keeps a link to the original file, so it always opens the current version from your drive.

Will connecting a room to Jira change our Jira project?+

Each imported sprint starts one way, Jira to the room. Changes travel back to Jira only for sprints where Push changes to Jira is on.

Who decides which integrations we can use?+

Company owners and admins, in Company settings › Apps & Integrations. Switching off a calendar, drive or Jira stops new connections; accounts already connected keep working until their owners remove them.

What can a connected third-party app see?+

Only what the member allowed on the consent screen, only in the company it was allowed in, and only in rooms that member can already reach with their own role.

When are Gmail and Zoho Projects available?+

Both are coming soon. Outlook Mail, Zoho Calendar and Jira are available today.
