Each recorded meeting is filed in its room's Recordings, alongside the transcript and the AI minutes the agent writes from it.
Which apps does a room include?+
Every agentic room has an apps dock with chat, notes, tasks, boards, files, schedules, meetings, recordings, transcripts, whiteboards and more. The room's owner chooses which apps show in the dock.
How is room data protected?+
Room data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and each company's data is kept separate. People see a room's apps according to their role in that room.
Can I search across chats, notes, files and tasks?+
Yes. Search indexes chats, notes, files and tasks across your rooms so you can find what you need quickly.
