Chat across the room's apps
Conversation in an agentic room is not limited to the main chat. Many items in the room carry their own conversation, so the discussion stays with the thing it is about, and the room chat shows the room's work as live cards. Everyone in the room can take part in these conversations.
Items with their own conversation

| Announcements | People react and chat under each post. |
Work shown in the room chat
The room chat also shows what happens in the room's other apps:
- Messages converted to a task or a note show the task or note on the message. See Convert a message to a task or note.
- Audio updates logged from chat appear as cards with their summary. See Audio logs.
- The AI project manager's outputs, such as tasks, notes, schedules and minutes, appear as cards the room can open.
- New announcements drop into the chat as cards. See Announcements.
