Qik Office's In-Person Meeting Rooms are designed to seamlessly integrate advanced technology to enhance your meeting experience. With features like auto-generated meeting minutes and auto-assigned to-dos, Qik Office ensures that your meetings are efficient, productive, and organized.
How to create in-person meeting room?
- Go to your workspace and click on “New meeting room”.
- Choose the “In-person meeting room” option from the available options.
- Give your meeting room a relevant name and specify the location for your in-person meetings.

Click on “Create” to finalize and set up your new meeting room.

Your new In-person meeting room is created.
How to convert online meeting room into an in-person meeting room?

Navigate to the room that you want to convert.

In the room, toggle from online to in-person.
- Your online meeting room has now been switched to an in-person meeting room, ready for face-to-face interactions.

Only the owners can convert a room into an online meeting room or an in-person meeting room.
