Schedule a meeting

  1. Click on the "Schedule" button to begin the meeting setup.

  1. Select the preferred date and time for your meeting, then click schedule to proceed.

  1. Choose or create a meeting room by searching for an available option, or create a new one if none are suitable.

  1. Enter the meeting details, including the purpose or title and any relevant information to help attendees prepare and participate effectively.

  1. To schedule a follow-up meeting, click "Repeat" and select the appropriate frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
