How meetings are scheduled using appointment calendar?

  1. Click "Request appointment" in the workspace menu.

  2. The "Schedule meeting" page will appear, allowing you to set your appointment details. 2

  3. Choose the desired date and time for your meeting. 3

  4. Click the "Confirm" button to finalize the selected date and time. 4

  5. Click on "Request meeting" to proceed with sending the appointment request. 5

  6. The appointment request will be sent successfully. 6

How to accept appointment request?

  1. In your workspace, click on the "Appointment room request" notification to view the request. 2.1

  2. In the "Appointment meeting request" section, click the "Accept request" button to approve the meeting. 2.2

  3. Once the request is accepted, the meeting room is automatically created. 2.3
