How to request access to a room?

Navigate to and locate the highlighted workspace rooms, then click on the ones you want to request access for.

The "Workspace excluded rooms" page will automatically open.

Click the "Request access" button to submit a request.

A confirmation prompt will appear; click "Confirm" to proceed with your request.

Your access request will be sent for approval. You will receive a notification once it's processed.
How to give access to the room?

Click on "Room access requests" in the dashboard to navigate to the page.

Click "Allow" to grant access to the requested user.

The user will be successfully added to the room and can now access it.
