How to request workspace access?
- Navigate to and locate the highlighted workspace rooms, then click on the ones you want to request access for.

- The "Workspace excluded rooms" page will automatically open.

- Click the "Request access" button to submit a request.

- A confirmation prompt will appear; click "Confirm" to proceed with your request.

- Your access request will be sent for approval. You will receive a notification once it's processed.

How to give access?
- Click on "Room access requests" in the dashboard to navigate to the page.

- Click "Allow" to grant access to the requested user.

- The user will be successfully added to the room and can now access it.
