Chat in a room

1. Go to a specific room and select chat from the list of apps below the room.

2. Begin a conversation by sending messages to the room users.

Reply to chat

1. Go to chat and click on "reply".

2. You can now reply to the chat.

Forward chat

1. Click the menu and select "forward".

2. Select messages to forward multiple messages.

3. Click forward.

Delete chat

1. Click the menu and select "delete".

2. Click "delete".

3. The message has been permanently deleted.

Search chat

1. Go to the search bar in the chat window.

2. Enter the name of the user you want to chat with.

3. A chat window with that user will appear.

Edit chat

1. Go to the chat where the message you want to edit is located.

2. Click on the edit icon, represented by a pencil, located next to the message you want to edit.

3. Edit the message you want to change in the designated field that appears.

4. After editing the message, click "save".

5. Your edited message will be displayed with a small "edited" label, indicating that it has been modified.

Read Recipient

Read recipient

1. Click on the checkmark icon, represented by a tick, located next to the message you want to check.

2. You will see a list of recipients who have read the message, represented by their names or initials, along with the time that the message was read.
