The Meeting Room Maximize function provides a useful way to identify non-attendees during your meeting. By maximizing your meeting room view, you can visually assess the presence of participants and easily spot those who are not actively attending.

To see the non-attendees

1. Log in to Qik Meeting.
2. Navigate to your meeting room.
3. Click on the "fullscreen and focus" icon located next to the room settings.
4. Your meeting room will be maximized to full screen mode.
5. On the right side corner, you will see the non-attendees panel.
6. To hide or show the panel, use the corresponding option in the meeting controls.
