How to create an online meeting room?​

Method 1​

  1. Click the "New meeting room" icon in the workspace. create-room

  2. Enter name in the "New room" page. name

  3. Customize the room by adding a color is suitable, and click "Create." room-colour

  4. Your online meeting room is successfully created.

Method 2​

  1. Click the "Create" and select "Meeting room." creation-of-room

  2. Enter name in the "New room" page. name-of-room

  3. Add users to the room and assign appropriate roles. users-to-room

  4. If you need to schedule a meeting, click "Add schedule." room-schedule
