Convert chat to to-do

Go to chats and select the chat.

Click the menu and select "To-do" option.

Select the room from the list.

Chat is now converted to to-do.
Convert chat to notes

Go to chats and select the chat.

Click the menu select "Note" option.

Chat is now converted to a note.
